Markham Thunder Promote Chelsea Purcell to General Manager

The Markham Thunder are excited to announce Chelsea Purcell as General Manager for the upcoming 2017-18 season.

Once retired from the CWHL, Purcell played two seasons with Kazakhstan prior to moving into the assistant general manager role.

Chelsea brings a wealth of knowledge in event planning, marketing and outreach from her experience at the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation and Sunnybrook Foundation. Chelsea received her post-secondary degree in Sport & Event Marketing at George Brown College.
